The Purpose of This Cohort

PMOS is one of the most common endocrine disorders affecting reproductive-aged individuals, yet many dietitians report feeling underprepared to confidently provide nutrition care. This cohort offers a structured, evidence-based approach to the nutrition management of PMOS. Across four live sessions, we'll review the current evidence, explore practical nutrition interventions, and discuss how to apply research findings in real-world clinical practice.

  • Develop a strong foundation in the nutrition management of PMOS

  • Strengthen your confidence in supporting metabolic and reproductive health

  • Learn practical counselling strategies you can immediately implement

  • Build clinical reasoning through interactive case discussions

FAQ

  • Can I join this cohort if I don’t work in women’s health?

Yes — you can absolutely join, even if you don’t currently work in women’s health. The cohort is open to any dietitian or nutritionist who is interested in women’s health nutrition and wants to build their knowledge in this area. You don’t need to already work primarily in women’s health, but sessions do assume some foundational nutrition knowledge and are focused on reviewing and critically evaluating current research. Many join to: Expand into women’s health as a new area of practice, strengthen their ability to interpret and apply research, stay up to date with new research as it continues to emerge, even if women’s health is not yet a main area of practice. As long as you’re interested in engaging with the literature and clinical discussions, you’ll get value from the cohort.

  • How long do I have access to the recordings?

You will retain access to all session recordings for two months following the end of the cohort. After this period, access to the platform and video library will close.

  • Will registrants receive a certificate of completion?

  • Do you offer refunds?

You can request a full refund up to 2 days before the cohort begins. After this deadline, refunds will not be provided.
