FAQ

  • What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is only available for members on a month-to-month plan. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the platform and recorded content, and you will not be able to re-register until the next cohort opens.

  • Can I join this membership if I don’t work in women’s health?

Yes — you can absolutely join, even if you don’t currently work in women’s health. The membership is open to any dietitian or healthcare professional who is interested in women’s health nutrition and wants to build their knowledge in this area. You don’t need to already work primarily in women’s health, but sessions do assume some foundational nutrition knowledge and are focused on reviewing and critically evaluating current research. Many members join to: Expand into women’s health as a new area of practice, strengthen their ability to interpret and apply research, stay up to date with new research as it continues to emerge, even if women’s health is not yet a main area of practice. As long as you’re interested in engaging with the literature and clinical discussions, you’ll get value from the membership.

  • How often are sessions held?

Live sessions are held once per month and are 60 minutes in length.

  • How long do I have access to the recordings?

If you choose to cancel your monthly membership during the cohort, access to the content will end at the time of cancellation. If you remain an active member for the full duration of the cohort, you will retain access to all session recordings while your membership is active, and for two months following the end of the cohort. After this period, access to the platform and video library will close unless you choose to rejoin a future cohort.

  • Will members receive a certificate of completion?

Members who complete all four months of the cohort will receive a certificate at the end of the cohort.
